Want a Clear Starting Point?

A complimentary case evaluation can help you understand which preparation service applies before you make a payment. Bring your relationship history, current immigration status, prior filings, and any complicating facts to the discussion.

Important Pricing Notes

Additional preparation fees may apply when a case involves previous filings, a prior denial, an arrest or criminal history, protection or restraining orders, client delays that require work to be repeated, co-sponsorship, self-employment, unusual documentation, or other complications.

Please discuss these circumstances before making payment so the scope and price of the requested preparation service can be confirmed.

Government filing fees, medical examination costs, translations, document procurement, travel, courier charges, and other third-party expenses are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Service fees do not guarantee approval or a particular processing time. Immigration decisions are made by the appropriate U.S. government agencies.
